Rhynd Fitness
Rhynd Fitness is an indoor and outdoor gym that caters for anyone who wants to improve themselves both mentally and physically. We have a team of qualified coaches that cover cardio, strength, strongman/woman, HIIT, circuits and running across open gym, classes throughout the week and personal training sessions.
The workouts are fun, collaborative and based on teamwork and communication. What’s more, anyone can do them, whatever your level! Come and join our community today!
What we do
When are your classes? And when is open gym?
We run classes every day, whether that's at 6.30am or 6.30pm, while the space is available for open gym from 6am to 7pm. For more details, please check the calendar below or click here to see a list.

How much is the membership?
Our full membership is £55 a month and that includes all classes, open gym and support from our coaches on the members' WhatsApp group. Our open gym membership costs £20 a month (a drop-in session is £5). You can also buy single classes for £10 and a pack of four classes for £35. Your first class is free!

Do you offer personal training?
Yes, our coaches do lots of personal training, and they all specialise in different areas, whether that's rehabilitation, general fitness or strength training. Want to know more? Please email fitness@therhynd.com.

What do your team building events involve?
We tailor these for each event, but rest assured, whether you're doing Highland Games or tractor pulling (yes, really!), everyone will have a fantastic time. For more information, please contact fitness@therhynd.com.
