Hire prices for Friday/Saturday event: £4900 through April to September
(£4300 for rest of calendar year).
Price for a Wednesday event is is at a 20 per cent discount to those above.
It is sadly not possible to hire the space for an event on a day other
than Wednesday, Friday or Saturday.
Our prices include:
One day of heating
Electricity
A modern catering kitchen with power, running hot water and sinks
Fully stocked (proper!) loos
Chandelier lights and fairy lights
Bar structure
Four whisky/Burgundy barrels
Four large church pews
10 red metal stools
Three wooden stools
The use of the whole event space and the garden outside - perfect for summer drinks!
Additional optional costs
Post-weekend full clean up: £400.
Post-Saturday evening, pre-Sunday event clean up and set up: £200.
Event manager service to assist you with liaising with suppliers (e.g. for site visits), arranging logistics for the day and to ensure your day runs completely smoothly and you and your partner are not disturbed with any last-minute panics. A wedding-planner-lite service which would be ideal for those couples not based near The Rhynd on a day-to-day basis: £600.
Dance floor: £400 assuming only half of one side of the Rhynd is covered. If there is to be dancing a dance floor is mandatory.
